1) We'll replace them if they are damaged or defective
2) You can choose a different style (you pay the difference or we'll refund the difference in cost)
3) We'll give you a full refund (less shipping)
There are no hidden restocking fees. Your only cost is for shipping the glasses back to us.
To take advantage of this liberal return policy the following conditions must be met:
Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number
All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases must be returned
Original manufacturer's guarantee cards, manuals and registration forms must be left blank.To take advantage of this Lifetime Replacement Guarantee the following conditions must be met:
Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number
All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases as well as a copy of your guarantee, must be returned with the glasses.
